My name is Sherry Burns, owner / operator of GREAT CAKES R US, a home-based cakery serving the Greater Jacksonville, North Carolina area. Having a life-long passion for creative baking and years of experience in unique cake design as a Head Pastry Chef, I've decided to devote my talents to developing a custom cake decorating business of my own. With hard work, dilligence and a committment to quality, it is my dream to steadily grow and eventually operate out of my own retail cakery shop.
