• Pricing Guidelines •

Each and every cake is made special just for you.

Due to this, pricing could be different for each cake.

The price will be finalized for you when your order is placed.

• Special Adornments •

Some cakes require figurines or special items to complete the design.

The price of these items will be included in the cost of your cake and are yours to keep.

If you have a item you would like us to use, I can incorporate it in the cake.

• Lead Time & Deposits •

For most orders I request a 14 day lead-time. If less than 14 days there will be a $15.00 short notice fee. If less than 5 days there will be a $25.00 rush order fee (these fees will be charged if I can do the cake. All orders must be paid in full before the cake will be created).

If you require a specific cake shape, please let me know as early as possible so that I may obtain the necessary supplies.

A 50% deposit is required when the cake is ordered and contract is signed If you notify us of a cancellation at least 60 days prior to the event, we will refund half of your deposit. No refunds of the deposit will be given after that date. Any deposits made within the 60 day period will not be refunded.. However, we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible, and if we are able to re-book your date, we will apply half of the amount of your non refunded deposit to a future event. . Balance is due seven days before the event date.

If non-disposable items are used for your cake, a deposit will be required equal to the cost of the items.

I ask that you return all the items used (cake stands, reusable cake boards, plastic pillars, plastic cake plates, etc)

at your earliest convenience, but no later than 5 days after initial pickup or delivery.

Wedding cakes have a minimum order of $200.00

wedding cakes are individually priced please call or email to make an appointment to discuss your needs.

Please keep in mind, the more complicated the cake the more notice required.

Changes

Changes to an existing order will be accepted until 7 days prior to the event.

There is no extra charge for flavorings or fillings for all of our cakes.

Deliveries

Great Cakes R US only delivers cakes $200 and above.

Cakes are generally delivered 1-2 hours before the reception start time. If you are having your ceremony at the reception site, please tell us so that we can deliver your cake before the ceremony. Occasionally we will deliver outside of this normal window based on our delivery schedule and hall schedule for the day. We reserve the right to make delivery decisions based on our experience

of what is best for the cake.

20 miles from Great Cakes R Us is free.

21 miles and up is $1.00 pre mile, up to 50 miles.

Monday- Saturday Delivery available 9AM-6PM

No Sunday Deliveries.
